For live plants, please ensure to take an unboxing video upon delivery and fill out the form below for damaged or defective products. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect live plants.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or provide a full refund upon return of the incorrect item. Please fill out the form below for incorrect products.
Unsatisfactory Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We may offer a refund or exchange, subject to inspection and approval of the returned item.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
